Succeed And Achieve Together

WELCOMETO Broadgreen Primary School

Music

Music at Broadgreen is an integral subject for pupils to express themselves creatively. This subject encourages children to experience music, enriching individual lives and school wider community, through weekly Singing Assemblies, music lessons, after school clubs, key stage performances and opportunities to learn instruments through Resonate Music Hub.

Our aim is to engage and inspire pupils to develop a love of music through a creative curriculum. We strive to provide rich varied musical framework that nurtures fundamental musical techniques along building musical knowledge for pupils using a sequence of learning, following 4 key areas; Singing, Listening, Composing, Performing. Taken to together they steadily increase the development of musicianship.
